All products in the Marketplace are produced or endorsed by Amy Jo Garner. If I didn’t write it, make it, or if I haven’t tried it, you won’t find it for sale here.
Payment: All payments processed on this website are handled via PayPal. However, you do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to pay for your items. If you have questions about PayPal, please visit the PayPal website to learn more. I’ve used them for years and recommend them.
Ebooks and WordPress Themes are instant downloads. Note: your IP address is logged to prevent multiple downloads. Of course, you can defeat this if you try hard enough, but I’m counting on your honesty and integrity. If for some reason you erased your copy of the ebook or theme zip file and want it back, just send us a message with your name and the email address used to make the purchase and ask for a replacement.
Print books will ship to you via USPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Noevir products drop ship via UPS direct from Noevir. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and delivery.
We are a BlueHost affiliate. BlueHost web hosting purchases are handled by BlueHost. Once you leave Amy Jo’s Marketplace to complete the transaction with BlueHost, we have no control over the payment or delivery of the product.
All other products ship USPS from my location. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing and delivery.
Returns: Handmade products and Vitamin Power items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of product price. Shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is at your expense. Contact us directly for return instructions. Noevir products should be returned via the Noevir return instructions included in the package direct shipped to you from Noevir. BlueHost web hosting product cancellations must be handled through your BlueHost Account. Downloaded products cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your downloaded product, please contact us.
